Saltwater Training specialises in providing NARS Beach Lifeguard and BSA Surf Instructor courses as well as "Surf Safety and Beach Education Programmes" for schools and youth groups. We have been running courses since 1994 and with our wealth of experience we believe we can offer you the best lifeguard and surf instructor training courses on the market which could lead to an exciting outdoor activities career. Lots of our candidates have gone on to gain employment as RNLI beach Lifeguards or are working as surfing instructors or running their own surf schools both in the UK and Europe.

First Aid, CPR, as well as water rescue skills are taught on the life saving course and our BSA surfing instructor courses are informative, great fun and you will be learning from some of the most experienced lifeguard trainers and surf instructors in the UK.

We have a fantastic training location at Harlyn Bay, near Padstow, Cornwall, a gently shelving beach that has all the facilities. Candidates can choose to take courses individually or combine both over a 9 day period.
